Slamet Ardyanto is a professional Human Resource Management trainer with extensive experience and expertise as a practitioner and consultant. Mr. Ardyanto is also a Leadership Trainer who helps companies develop their organizations through effective and influential leadership techniques. His competence in leadership is also poured out through his own book entitled "High Impact Leadership". With over 13 years of hands-on experience in prominent Japanese foreign investment companies in Indonesia—such as Sanyo Compressor Indonesia (EJIP), Yamaha Motor Group (MM2100), and Unicharm Indonesia (KIIC)—he has developed a deep understanding of HRM practices within high-performance industrial environments.

 

He is the founder of Q.One Consulting, an HRM-focused training and consulting provider established in November 2010, and currently serves as the Director of LSP MSDM Prima Indonesia, a professional certification body for HR competencies.
